The show will be performed on Friday and Saturday evenings from September 7 through September 30, as well as Sunday matinees. Director and Two Muses Co-Founder Diane Hill
has been working with the authors to fine-tune the play ever since Anita Diamant came to see a workshop production of the play at SRO Productions last spring. “It was fun seeing our work brought to life on stage,” said Diamant of the SRO rendition of A Little Work. “It prompted Stephen and me to streamline the story. And Diane’s attention to shorter scene changes has also helped to transform this former two act show into a sleek one act play.”
“This nip/tuck is fitting with the theme of the play,” added Hill. “Much like the pressure the women impose upon themselves to maintain physical beauty in the show, we wanted to give the original script a bit of a makeover. And we couldn’t be happier with the result.”
