It is absolutely one of the best musicals I have ever experienced, and not just because their music was so much a part of my teenage years and brings back so many great memories, but for its astounding staging and the incredible cast who make the show one not to miss for musical theatre lovers of all ages!

The Washington, D.C., return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons is playing the National Theatre November 10, 2011, to January 7, 2012. The cast of JERSEY BOYS will be led by Preston Truman Boyd (Bob Gaudio), Joseph Leo Bwarie (returning to D.C. as Frankie Valli), John Gardiner (Tommy DeVito), and Michael Lomenda (Nick Massi) and as The Four Seasons, with Jonathan Hadley and Washington-area native, Joseph Siravo.

Beginning with tonight's performance, Andy Karl and Quinn Van Antwerp have joined the Broadway cast of Jersey Boys. Karl (Legally Blonde, Wicked) steps in the role of Tommy DeVito; Dominic Nolfi departed on September 25th. Direct from the national tour of JERSEY BOYS, VanAntwerp steps in the role of Bob Gaudio; Ryan Jesse departed October 9. JERSEY BOYS, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical, celebrated its 5th Anniversary on Broadway Saturday, November 6. To mark this milestone, JERSEY BOYS will have a series of events around the anniversary weekend of Saturday, November 6 through Monday, November 8.

On November 7, a section of 52nd Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue was renamed 'JERSEY BOYS WALK'. Original Four Seasons Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio, along with members of the creative team including co-authors Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, and the current cast participated in this momentous occasion.

This week, the cast of Jersey Boys Las Vegas welcomed Frankie Valli and Rick Elice, co-writer of Jersey Boys, as together they proudly introduced the cast of the upcoming Australian company in a private event at the Jersey Boys Theatre at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. This was the first time Frankie Valli has been back to see the Las Vegas company since the grand opening performance on Frankie's birthday, May 3, 2008. After only nine months on The Strip, Jersey Boys has found a wonderful new home in Las Vegas and was even named ?Number One Show of 2008' by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

On Wednesday February 4th, Erich Bergen and Jeff Leibow from Jersey Boys Las Vegas participated in a fundraising celebrity pizza-making competition on behalf of the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts. The 'Celebrity Cook-Off' was held at the grand opening celebration of the newest Sammy's Woodfired Pizza location in Las Vegas.

Travis Cloer, the current Frankie Valli alternate in JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino, sang 'America the Beautiful' before the Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl Game between University of Arizona and Brigham Young University on Saturday, December 20. Following Travis' rousing performance, previous Strip performer David Hasselhoff sang the National Anthem.
